I believed majority is waiting for Certificates are coming; and I am pretty sure there's some additional terms when redeeming this certificates. If company play another trick with investors; there will be no bid pretty soon; and PVEC will be delisted afterwards.

Even certificates is redeemable for cash without additional terms; it won't back to 0.0010 level within years; unless R/S action will be taken.

there's only 1 POSITIVE MOVE company can take in order to raise PPS: to reduce or retire more shares; however, that's impossible in near future.

there will either no bid; or break wall 3 and 4; people who bought at 2 level will take a longer time to make profit.

I will say take a long long long long long time to make profit.
