Depending on the "news" $.10 may be low. But then again, history says to be cautious. Crap shoot - but I love to play craps for the action and this one is starting to get intriguing.

These Wellington press releases have been popping up all over the place.

Whomever is front running by purchasing early associated with the CEO and "affiliated consultants" are catching the eyes of many. Emails, press releases, front running, delinquent filings, blogs, websites, etc. are all means of Section 10, Rule 10b-5, Section 9(a), Section 17(a), Section 17(b) violations.

With the numerous Wellington press releases in the last two months, all deficiencies are getting red flagged. Why would anyone want to front run or engage in any other manipulative scheme to defraud the investing public? Buying to early is a securities violation, if in fact those individuals are tied to "affiliate consultants".
