Not that old, and Alonzo Pierce was CEO and President throughout this time, and still is - just as old as the TEMN/TEXX scam itself which is now on its third iteration in as many years - and the links did answer the specific question I was asked.

Not a rebuttal, a statement, and what I actually said was Alonzo Pierce was CEO and President of this scam in its first two iterations, just as he is now and that it would be naive in the extreme to think this time will be any different.

Down here at the sleazy end of the penny stock markets, leopards don't change their spots. Instead they just change their stories to keep their marks in thrall.
