The only thing that hasn't been covered is the similarity to the run on HISC. There were many similar issues. The issue of shorting, the debate over whether the company was being "truthful," in claiming it was financially tooling to cut the float and the o/s. The debate between the short or MM defenders and those who took the side of the company were similar.
There was a run from .0015 to .05 and a violent retrace to .02 and then a run straight up to .15. I think LFWK has more going for it.
I also read the comparisons with IDWD. I don't know that much about IDWD, but there is a difference. IDWD is promising paper while LFWK is "contemplating" cash dividends.
