I know. Just a lot of talk about make believe mergers and acquisitions and phantom attorneys who really don't exist. LUSI has a short term owner. It was used as an investment vehicle to raise money for pretty much nothing. No one is going to call legal representatives and force a merger with a Nevada shell.
