There's two sides to every appeal. The headline only references GOOG's side,but the article goes on to mention VRNG's side of the appeal.

Help me out here but isn't the bloomberg article incorrect in essentially saying that today's appeal is google trying to reverse the 30.5 mm decision. I thought the current appeal was brought by vrng to attempt to correct the jury error and laches. The fall appeal is google's.
