The document says 'Periodic Report.' the number 74 that you are talking about says (as you posted it):

"74 Report 05/05/2014 05/05/2014 05/05/2014 04:29 PM 20141289538 Removed agent mailing address; / Change of Entity Address"

Did you read the definition of a Periodic Report that I posted? It says, in part:

"Submitting a Periodic Report allows an entity to update the current name and address of its registered agent and its principal office address"

What do you think a Periodic Report is? It's used for various reasons, one of the reasons is to update the info for the registered agent.
