Has anyone actually read the transaction paperwork showing what the O/R royalty payments are? What percentage of Superiors share has been transferred, I have not.
I have been one of Superior’s stanches supporters. When the call went out to invest in the wells in the name of getting Superior back on its feet I went to Oklahoma and took the entire tour. What has happened the last 9 months was never in the cards. I have been on my soap box in private since before the stock was delisted for prickly pear to be open and honest with the shareholders. Gushers were to be on a different level as far as transparency. That question was discussed in person. But it is not. I have established a relationship with the folks at Devon and now get my information from them. I don’t feel like I can trust my partners at Superior/Cactus or whoever the hell gets the quarter override now.
