Not true. Meridian showed up after the failed signings...the weekend after. But he did have a calming affect with news and the Reuters article that a new date was immediately posted. Also, the first failed attempt was an advanced date...before the originally scheduled date. I think they were floating a ballon to see if problems were there.

You are wrong on Meridians effect on the stock price. He may have calmed some fears with some here. But thats it.
What bank is going to loan you money and not have the certs in hand if you are going to use it for collateral?
