I was told early on by an official of the company that the insiders were getting preferred shares for their efforts not over rides. Now it appears to me they have used the system to get both and still we are not re-listed. Again prickly pear continues to refuse to come forward with any kind of update to the share holders or gushers. This entire process may not be illegal, a quote from within, it is certainly not what I bought into.
If we're satisfied that Superior has the ability to deliver all the parcels needed to fulfill the business plan in a manner that creates value for investors, then yes, there should not be a problem.
I guess the big question is with these backdoor dealings will the value ever really Superiors balance sheet. Guess we'll find out in time, if we ever get audited financials to look over...
