jimboy is speculating. It would be very difficult for mhtx to be listed NASDAQ without a RS.

That's the reason I said "easy" one of the requirements is the stock price has to be a dollar or better.

Famous line from John McEnroe comes to mind - "You cannot be serious". Why would Nasdaq listing even be mentioned while the stock can't even get back to the .14 level of 4 years ago when Flynn technology was acquired and there is still no proof that it works outside of the laboratory?
