why are they going to do a rs? The fact that they did a 10 for 1 fwd split to increase liquidity then not even 4 months later talk about doing a rs to get the stock price high enough for up listing shows they aren't thinking thing thru and focusing on how to reach the long term goals. Is that a pothead type of problem? Do all potheads have similar issues? I would think old age would be tough on potheads. Any experienced potheads out there care to weigh in on similar lack of planning issues? I don't smoke so I can only view this from a non pothead pt of view.
