I hear you. Though I'm not a lawyer, no doubt there are parts of this market that are over the line.

But I don't see it as collusion if I see that money runners is buying, and I choose to buy alongside of them. Especially if the underlying company has as much promise as TEMN. That's less collusive than when folks urge each other to smack the ask or to hold strong as the price soars.

Anyway, my guess is that both of us are going to holding and/or buying as much TEMN as we can -- so this is all sort of a moot point from the get-go.

So...slap that ask!!
