I think you know exactly what he means and who he is referring to. Though I can't speak for him, a certain poster comes to mind when reading his words.

Skunksyard, I do believe you're right that Mr Fan IS the only game in town and that's just the way it is. I'm hoping that he doesn't just dump on the current shareholders, you know, the one's that supported this company and got it to where it is today. The shareholders that Frank received the $$$$$ from to finance the great part of what was built by "HIM".

I'm not one of the folks that have their future banked on this but I feel for those that do and understand how they came to be in this position. They made there own choices and so be it. BUT those choices were based on promises and forward looking statements both public and private made by the CEO of the Company they invested in... that calls for some accountablity not the "I'll just resign / and take the money and run (if in fact there is money to run with)but regardless just being free to walk away. These people aren't in your's or my position and I'm not saying all this to be their voice. I just think it's a very sad thing and needs to be dealt with... of course, if you believe in Karma .... all is well LOL goes around comes around

But if and I say if, Frank and Co are found to be less than above board in this, and whomever is complicit, should there be any accountability brought forward by any agency or private inquiry. Do you really think that there will be any asset value to draw anything from? How about the film library, the junk airplane sales business, the Pride Cola business, and on and on.

This IS quite the Business Model, isn't it?
