mr. fan did a good thing with carol hinnant.

as per mr. fan's Letter from the CEO of TMM/QTN on the website:
"...any questions that can publicly be answered will be done through Richard Brown."


some of MY (long-time) shareholder concerns to please pass on:


valuation can not be made until the assignment of frank's 53% ownership is known.

til then, he's not gone.


status of lbs, nti, other tmm dba entities...


filings in Washington (TMM/QTN) and Nevada (LBS/NTI/?dba? ie: Gulf State Holding)...


that pesky share structure...


when these issues are addressed, a more accurate valuation can be made.
investors/shareholders need to know what they own.

i'm sure i'm not the only one that believes that the share price would improve if this information were known.


please pass on these legitimate issues to mr. fan.
