Typically it does, but usually the RM is confirmed weeks before the reverse split takes place resulting in a runup on the news of the RM then sell of prior to RS.

This is happening in opposite fashion where the RS is happening before the investing public at large even knows WTF is going on. This to me will kill any sell off post spilt

Good Company, Long Standing, Good Product & New Products coming, World Wide, Major League Sports Player Backing, Small Share Structure ( A/s only 200 Mill ), Low Float, Low O/S, very little likelihood of Dilution!!

I like It!!

But some came in here saying, those that currently Hold shares Presplit, thru the split, into post split, will have their ability to trade the shares, locked Up for a period of time!

So Not sure if we will be able to buy post split until that window passes, what ever amount of time that is!

Some say the pps will dip post split, that is usually in a case of dilution!

There will not be dilution here ..post split..bc the Share structure has NOT been set Up for it!!

So for All mentioned above, and the Deep Pockets involved w/ Flexpower, I personally think, the pps will just fly further North post split...fwiw
