Maybe.....Maybe not. I know many people who say Treaty is under investigation by federal agencies. I know the people to have credibility and they are honest. I would say if Treaty is not under investigation they sure as heck should be imo for all the deceiving and downright lies they have PR'd. Do you not think it is just a little odd that Treaty has never PR'd oil production or cash flow positive statements that have ever come true. I think it is very telling about what Treaty is doing and I believe others think likewise. Federal Authorities included.
