I am not following the concern about dilution. Baker Bro. is already on board for $40 million at $4.
The amount of dilution, if that is a concern for compensation for the new hires, would be a small fraction of the shares already O/S. Of course this is JMO. Any other thoughts?

Agree this is a great time to accumulate. Any time I can under purchase Baker Bro. I feel pretty confident in my position.
