Additionally, it is clear to see that others besides Superior contributed to Superiors holdings before all of the gushers transactions and are now getting their due.

So you are good with the fact that prickly pear and others misrepresented Superior holdings to sell acreage to Gushers in the name of helping Superior. Superior has refused to come forward about these transactions.
