i completely agree with your analysis/explanation chevdawg.

it isn't MM manipulation, it is simply a thinly traded Pink sheet stock that can seriously be affected by either a large buy or sell order.

Well said I agree 100%. Nothing to panic about we may even close higher,,lol,, I have been in AMMX to long to get upset, this company is real and strong, its not a flip, its an investment,, even though pennyland have very few real investments. just enjoy the ride. jmho

Yeah, happens from time to time in these stocks. Often it's not even a mistake by a newbie, but a forced sell margin call or whatever. I guess that's why I always have about 150 open orders at any time in all my stocks and the ones I follow. One can make nice money off of it from time to time. That said I got a few at about 025 and close to 02 but didn't have any other lower bids in for whatever reason. Stupid. :-)
