at times there is an intermittent news feed glitch where legitimate EDGAR filings are followed by filings from unrelated companies---the unrelated reported "news" have the same or adjacent EDGAR time stamps...

I've noticed it several times:

in all cases, the unrelated "news" is not present in the EDGAR filings for the company...
