I have spoken to the person who provided them the money. Myself and another shareholder met with the CEO in Oklahoma. Gusher was sold by to us as being used to get Superior on it's feet. Cactus was never mentioned. Records show at the time it all was in Superior's name. Everything I know is from sitting down in Oklahoma across the table from them. I have a lot of e-mails and FB PMs which I am not willing to share on this site especially with someone how just came to IHUB in Feb of this year. Some of what I posts are facts, some are hearsay, and some are rumors. I do not try to spin this crap. Take it as my opinion and do what ever with it. I would still like to see a copy of the by laws in order to see when we can have board elections.
