LIKE I POSTED YESTERDAY; TODAY IS DAY PEOPLE START TO DUMP SHARES, WHILE I AM WRITING THIS MESSAGE, THERE'S ANOTHER 15 MILLIONS SHARES WERE DUMPED AT 0.0002
PEOPLE ARE WAITING FOR CERTIFICATES; BUT THEY ARE GAMBLING ON THESE:
1) The certificate is must redeemable into cash
2) The certificate must has face value at least at $0.20
3) The Certificate is must redeemable after 9/17/2014
4) There's other additional term/fee would be applied when redemption
5) .......

I doubt what certificate can follow all of what PVEC offered; in fact, I believed there must be some more restrictions when redeem gift shares. I don't know the details but I will say the thing is too good to be true.
Once again; people think company is buying share back are people dreaming under Miami's daylights.
I have no intention to assault PVEC's support; like I said: WE DON'T CARE WHAT YOU SPEAK, WE CARE WHAT YOU DO!
If some people can't start get certificate by the end of this week; I guess more and more dumping at 0.0001 next week and following......
