Are we inferring that the investee is located in Delaware, because the Plant biogenetics is set up in wilimington, Delaware?
Could it be that the investee could be located somewhere else, although the same location as investor makes sense!
Also, the investee could be physically located somewhere else, but registered in Delaware?
Confusing!
