ANTS became a US reg. co. reg in Delaware, orig. frim Canada--moved to the Frisco AREA; Then Georgia, some offices in OHIO,
not sure of S.F. or Calif.--could be already sold to IBM or ORACLE

the Texas play was a shake-out attempt IMHO
