Vilsack said members of the biofuel industry are being asked to join the department's first-ever biofuel trade mission to China May 5-9 this year, led by USDA Undersecretary Michael Scuse.

While I have read many references to having access to two deep water ports, only the Port of Stockton is actually a deep water port. Anything shipped through the Port of Morrow would have to be transferred to a ship at a deep water port, as the Columbia River only facilitates barge traffic that far upstream. The nearest deep water port on the Columbia River is the Port of Portland or the Port of Vancouver.
