Agreed, I hope you do personally get made whole and much more. Lifting the mark to market was one of the few things that made sense at that time. When studying any company for investment the CFO, Treasurer are critical, and thus they can be extremely powerful. Will they make the key moral, educated, responsible decisions at the right time?

Agree trillions --poof .....gone.....all because smart money was rigging the game---How un American----the laws on not working for us taxpayers........

I had a bunch on margin when the DOW tanked to 6500---lost a LOT---very bad gamble---I heard the guys on bloomberg saying that the hedges were all cash,....I didn't listen well enough

My dream is to have this stock go up to the $300 level--or more

Now that Present Value accounting is back, watch more hundreds of billions being freed up as rates rise on FNMA loans. That is what the TBTF banks want to get their hands on. /quote]
