There's already 12 private grow ups and 30 more to come who've gotten their license. FITX will get their license 100%. That's not the point, the point is that most of this is already worked into the PPS. That's why this turd won't move much further then it already is. Hence 300 mil market cap with no revenues at all. Only idiots want to keep their money in the unknown. No one knows how they will finance the grow op here on. Most likely dilution just like all the other penny stocks finance their operations.
