By that measure, the two company's have something in common.

What matters in the lawsuit GERS has against your company, PEIX, is who owns the patents, who's arguments are losing in court, who's patents are being upheld by the USPTO, and who's were just rejected over GERS patent.

Patent infringing PEIX is down 99% from a share price of $4,410.

In the end, GERS' patents have been infringed and will be made whole for the damages that caused the PPS decline. Patent infringing PEIX has no such events to look forward to, like summary judgment, that have the potential to return investors to their $4,410 PPS.
