lol, this is an OTC stock, not a nasdaq stock...let me tell you what shorting is in the sub-penny market:

Shorting Means:

Buying a stock and selling it within 3 days before the paper work has cleared. ( This action gets written down as shorting the stock )!!!

Unless your a mult-millionaire and have balls of steel, you don't short sub-penny stocks!!!
