in case you guys didnt know about stony brook UNIVERSITY heres some info about it.
The State University of New York at Stony Brook (also referred to as Stony Brook University; SUNY Stony Brook; Stony Brook or simply SBU) is a public research university located in Stony Brook, New York in the United States. It is the youngest among university centers of the state, and has grown to be a flagship institution of New York,[4][5] consistently being ranked as the top public university in New York by multiple publications.[6][7][8] The university is one of the 62 research universities that comprise the Association of American Universities (AAU), an invitation-only organization of leading research universities in North America. It is also a member of the larger Universities Research Association[9] for which Stony Brook's president Dr. Samuel Stanley Jr[10] is council president. It has been ranked among the top thirty-five public research universities in the United States,[11] and among the top 1% of universities in the world.[12] Stony Brook has additional smaller campuses in Manhattan and Southampton.

What is wrong with buying a shell and using it to go public?

It is done all the time costs less money versus starting up from scratch as well as gets you to the market sooner

It is done all the time even by large multi billion corporations

Of course I will provide you with a current real life situation as we know you have a tendacy to stretch the truth or forget to back up your claims with facts

Burger King was a cpublic company several years back and the company accepted a buyout by 3G Capital which in turn took it private (no longer a private company)

Last year the decided to bring the company back into the market and used a British Sheel Company to take the company public once again and did it in record time

So I pose the question again...what is wrong with buying a public shell company to use to bring your company to market?
