The fiscal year ends April 30 according to the website. It appears they have been submitting them either the end of July or early August for the past 3 years.

I think they have up to 90 days subsequent to the fiscal year end to turn in the annual report.

I am guessing we may not hear anything until then... Now that I have done my DD. :)
