I've heard the penny and above line a time or two.

One thing to consider is the timing of this funding. The PPS is getting pretty close to par value and if it was below management would potentially have to set the par value lower. I would hope they wouldn't want to do that because issuing potentially $1M shares at a lower par value would create further dilution.

We'll see when shares are issued what the par value is. After that, it's anyone's guess as to where the PPS goes. Without a game changing app, I think south.

I am not surprised by today's announcement. The discussion board has discussed in recent months the prospects of raising the available shares. I think that selling $1 million worth of stock at one time makes more sense than just throwing it into the open market in much smaller parcels to pay costs. Financials show consistent quarterly growth. Expectations for App-Flix and Blink are still in the works and there are a few clients who are consistent money makers, etc. Before anyone would buy such a large stake in the company they would have to be impressed in some way and have some reassurance of prospects in the future. There is a lot more to learn about this development and how it will impact the company in so many aspects, so best not to jump to a lot of conclusions.
