#65565 RE: MightyLion #65564

Well ML, the main problem with ACTC is most "FOLKS" reprieve that
the "TEAM" at ACTC is from the planet "NYE", 10th solar system from
ours. Lanza is actually a descendant of an alien with a mind much
more superior than ours here on earth.

Actually most of the BOD at ACTC are actually of alien dependents.

Does that clear some of your questions up?

Defaulting is NOT "working to resolve the matter", unless you consider a 'resolution' being the first early stages in an intentional bankruptcy and screwing of the shareholders.

I have been pro-ACTC since 2009, but this was the last straw. Can't blame Rabin for this - ACTC directors clearly have ZERO regard for the shareholders. Watch them dump the lot of us in the gutter and come out the other end extremely wealthy individuals themselves at our expense. Nothing but SCUM.

ACTC should be putting out PR's RIGHT NOW stating how they are addressing this latest slap in the face to shareholders, but no, watch while they do NOTHING and say NOTHING until the shareholder base is destroyed. Pure evil.

ACTC acting for the good of the human species? NOT BLOODY LIKELY!!!

This is GAME OVER, at least as far as shareholders are concerned.

END OF THE LINE FOR ACTC INVESTORS. TRAIN RIDE IS OVER, GET THE HELL OFF! signed, the management.

You see ML, ACTC is a waste tank of hopeful OTC investor's that want
to think ACTC is properly ran but, I know as a matter of fact it exists only to pad these alien BOD member's.

DO YOU AGREE?

Money well spent...A?

You see ML, ACTC is quickly running out of time and "CASH".

When they chose to do the toxic finance thing years ago they didn't
know they where playing with "Toxic Finance"!

It's all going to catch up with them "sooner" or later.

....A?

Thank god for the SEC, because they are on them like FOS!

OTC TOXIC WASTE!!!

Please see my next post!

Put it down to an abundance of caution is my guess..

Yes, and that is putting it lightly!

Come On! Are you sure were talking about the same company here?

Put it down to an abundance of caution is my guess.. everybody (almost everybody) has high hopes for this stock, and not without reason. Selling means capitulation. Most shareholders apparently aren't ready to do that just yet, preferring to maintain the status quo and neither sell nor buy until more information/clarification is made available.

Just a continued 'wait and see', although 2m vol for the day is extremely low..

I think when it moves (either up or down) it's going

to move fast, like it did a few months ago. Be ready.

Thanks for the reply.
That's basically my read, as well.

What we all would appreciate, I'm sure, is a post from someone knowledgeable (perhaps you or another securities/legal type) in the matters in which ACTC is involved, specifically the 'apparent' Camofi default, and then the two SEC company documents, and based on them, give us some insights on what options are available to ACTC regarding the default, given that we've had, to the best of my knowledge, no explanatory pr from ACTC.
Obviously something is brewing at the company level.
