It would be foolish for Bill to clear your 144's or anyone else's because that would create more shares being sold and he and Steven would have to dump the shares they issued themselves and other insiders at a lower price. 144 holders are kind of the competition.
Think of all those that bought at that price higher then 3 cents you mentioned. This garbage stock hovered around 5 cents for a while and slowly retreated to its current price. Those people that bought to drive up the price for Bill and Steven will eventually be stuck with a worthless stock. But Bill and cohorts will have cashed in those shares they just issued themselves. I agree 100% that this will see sub penny prices..probably within the next month. Ultimately it will retreat to the sewers of .0001 and fizzle out.
