You actually believe that crap? Why would they owe them that much money? It's all under the table deals!

I saw that that Tarpn won the lawsuit against BRND too and that was the second reason I made the decision to buy BRND to take the risk. Actually, not because BRND lost to Tarpon, but because of how things were structured for BRND to pay the debt back.

Not more than 9.9% of the OS can be "owned" by Tarpon at any given time to satisfy this debt in accordance with Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. I'll take this as a resolution versus the alternative of simply shutting down the company or giving the company over to Tarpon.

In my opinion, something real must exist of which was enough for the judge to rule for BRND to continue existing to have a fighting chance to prove their merit for existing to their investors and the rest of the market. This resolution gives them a very fair fighting chance to succeed while not killing us shareholders. Let's see what happens to justify my thoughts.
