Companies who post limited financial information get a Yield Sign. Means proceed with caution. Could be worse with a red light. If we had a green light we would be on the Nasdaq by now.
I called OTC and they say the attorney letter from all those filings is due and that's why the yield sign is up. Didn't seem like a biggie to me. That law firm should have it filed soon I recon.
