no its not illegal, but certainly a scam.

notice the PR will have all the necessary disclaimers i.e "Expect, should, may, will, can,"

the sec docs 10k etc on the other hand tell the true story. if they fudge the #'s then yes thats jail time.. thats why you see a huge list of disclosures sighting multiple going concerns in the company.

if revo say's they will receive 900k then they are ok if it doesnt happen or show up on the financials.

if they say we have received, then.. it better show up on the books and it better actually be in the bank account.
