SMH looks like it's ready to "pop".

Maybe it starts to make a move here to take it's recent high around 41.65 or so.

Geez, I remember thinking in Dec 05' the SMH had an outside chance of hitting 43.

Here we are in the middle of March 06' and it still hasn't touched 43. SMH has been a big disappointment to me this year. So far.
