Similar to keeping a stock trading in the open market and not disclosing extremely relevant information like never allowing it to have value. The SEC will hopefully have something to say about that one eventually. Perhaps ARCA has an opinion on it? Plenty of law breaking to go around.

So as of now, should all the preparation, paperwork be lined up either way for both items or no?
