There was a sector wide PR about this happening, it affected all stocks equally, it is safe to assume that investors were already well informed and don't need an additional PR, IMO. Do they PR when the market is closed on a given day? NO, so why would they PR a market wide adjustment like this?

If you call the OTC like I did there is no PR needed since the otc already put out the news a month or so prior. And sure they can be up listed once they meet the requirements. I love pinks, I have worse luck on the regular stock market securities than I do here. Doesn't matter how your listed if your a good company people will come, out volume shows that

Pink downgrade made no significant difference. Volume imo is due to the holding pattern along with the short manipulation. I think will come back with a vengeance upon good substantial news.

My thoughts...there were many stocks that got down-listed today, it was pretty well known throughout the penny stock market.

The good thing is it was not by any doing of the company, as their filings are in order, it was simply PPS, which is dictated by the market.

How many other companies that got downgraded released PRs stating why? I don't know the answer, but I am guessing the number is small, if any at all.

Cheers
