I agree with you. I also believe it will happen within a short time because the CSR's don't have a whole lot to learn at that level. A bookbinder with about 20 pages in it ought to suffice.

mojo...i agree,,,a professional service doesnt have some guy call you back after having left a message concerning business matters. that is sooo dumb and seems like real small town country cozy stuff,,in a day and age where people thought patterns last a few minutes b4 they stick their noses into their facebook or twitter and they completely dont care about what they did the other minute. the call centers..BOTH need to functional and smoothly answering questions and dealing with a fickle public...if any kind of natioanl ads are to be running....i agree....eeewwwh,,,no. to one guy using a cell phone to call you back like a used car salesman...thats sucks.
