Desert farming has been perfected with unfavorable economic return. Lots of Water, Lots of Electricity, Lots of manhours, lots of money, etc. ex. Las Vegas needs trillions in gambling money to just survive in the desert. It seems Joe is spending too much time risk branching and less time focusing on the main reason we invested.
