There is no practical way for retail to short these pennies. I've been trying to find that "holy grail" for years. Under some circumstances, the insiders can do it, but we can't. The margin requirements are too high to make it practical. If people could actually short these stinky pinkies, they'd quickly be shorted out of existence. The shorts would have ALL the money within six months. Pinky insiders wouldn't have a chance, and would have to get real jobs instead of peddling worthless stock. People like "Bill" would be out of a job.
And that "shorting data" on OTC short report, etc., is bogus. If you'll check, all stocks on any exchange are "shorted" like that. It's just a normal part of the clearing process, and doesn't mean anything, except to people who don't know any better, or who have something they're trying to sell.
