Agreed. The pps is not a major hindrance for uplisting. That is probably the last item on the list of the requirements since the pps will pop with the first word on uplisting...but whether or not the uplisting info is made public prior to the application so that the pps does go up is another issue...

I think that if an announcement was made that uplisting procedure is being pursued then the $4.00 pps will no longer will be an issue
