correct 1 billion autorized.. 675,000,000 outstanding just from the 10k..

again...

they have no money...the 10k clearly shows that..

they owe 3 million dollars in current debt..

and look how convenient... the remaining 325 million shares at 1 penny equals 3.2 million..


there will be a share split coming..im expecting from 1 billion authorized to 3 billion.

at that point you can enjoy about a 20% share dividend 2 shares for every 10 you have.
