Hop-On gave OTC the false share structure info, and the SEC has halted trading for company-furnished false info furnished by corporations before, to protect investors.
One can expect the SEC and/or FINRA has tried to contact Hop-ON, after some here have let regulators know what Hop-ON posted on the OTC Markets web site.
