I think I do understand and I typically consider what the competition, whether today or tomorrow, may do. HRDN needs to consider what their competitive advantage will be in the banking, testing and all other endeavors and lock in some IP or process to differentiate themselves or create some value that some firm would want to pay for. Else it may be a short lived business until the big banks come in and offer better terms, etc. IMO
