DaReal, with is situation...

I first called the TA (Empire Stock Transfer Inc.) and the guy who answered the phone told me that he would give me the OS only through email. I emailed the TA and this what he sent me:

Hello Sterling,

We are unable to release any company information for Yaterra Ventures Corp.
The company is locked and we are working with the company to resolve an issue before we can release any information.

So this led me to call the CEO back to explain to him the confusion for what was going on. He didn't answer, but he called me back as he asked who I was. This led me to think that he had not remembered my number or name and was probably getting lots of calls. He told me that he will get with the guys that sold him the shell and make sure everything is like how it is supposed to be. He said that whatever the share structure is suppose to be, it will be updated on OTC Markets. He's expecting it to be like what he filed. The flow of his conversation led me to think that he believe he is correct with his thoughts.

He then said to make sure to look for news. I'm guessing that this news is going to be something solid. Also, the SOS info for Nevada reflects to be in Default. The Arizona SOS is the correct info according to him which is what placed him in control and reflects the company as Active. We should know something fairly soon if I had to guess. I'm going to sit tight to see what materializes.
