Yet another microcap, whose primary and only source of revenue is stock issuance. Where this one is set up for a P&D, followed by huge dilution. Might be possible to "trade" off the hype of the PRs, and around the insider (and affiliates) dumping. But there are no sound fundamentals to "invest" in.
